Chef Gustavo has been a member of the The Madison Hotel & Rod’s Steakhouse team for over thirty years.  Named a “New Jersey Culinary Ambassador” in 2021, Gustavo received in November 2024 the title of Maître Rôtisseur from the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, one of the oldest gastronomic societies in the world based in Paris, France.
