I have been bartending for 18 years. I’ve worked everything from dive bars, all the way to fine dining, white tablecloth, and working under a Michelin star chef at one point. I am an artist and musician, and primarily a photographer. I deeply believe that we are all works of art, and we All should be highlighted, we all have a story to tell. In this industry, you get the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life. I just want to make sure that I am a positive change, and other people‘s lives which means I need to be better than my best, especially to myself. The ceiling will exist for as long as we all choose to stand under it. Within this industry, there’s so much to learn so much to grow from and be inspired by.
