Minerals Hotel at Crystal Springs Resort is proud to have Chef Andy Huber as its Executive Chef. With over 15 years of experience in the hotel and hospitality industry, Chef Huber brings a wealth of culinary expertise and passion to the resort’s dining experience.
His culinary journey began in freestanding restaurants and bistro pubs, where he honed his craft and developed a deep appreciation for high-quality ingredients and innovative flavors. In 2010, he joined Destination Hotels & Resorts by Hyatt. His dedication and skill led him to Wyndham Hamilton Park Hotel and Conference Center in 2014 and then as Executive Sous Chef in 2018.
In 2021, Chef Huber joined the Minerals Hotel team as the Executive Chef, where he has been overseeing both the à la carte and banquet venues, delivering exceptional culinary experiences for guests. His commitment to quality, creativity, and excellence continues to elevate the dining offerings at Minerals.
