Charly Weisshaupt, a New Jersey native, has worked his way through various kitchen both locally and abroad before settling into Altamarea group. Working his way through the ranks he has found a deep  appreciation for the Cuisine. He aims to bring an exciting approach to authentic Italian cookery while using local products in respectful and interesting ways.
