Christopher began his culinary journey at Sussex County Technical School, where he developed a deep passion for the craft. After graduating, he spent seven years refining his skills, including three pivotal years under Chef Anthony Bucco at Felina Ridgewood, followed by serving as Chef de Cuisine at Fascino under Chef Ryan DePersio.
Today, as Chef de Cuisine of Felina Steak, Christopher Jonas is known for his creativity, dedication, and nature-inspired approach to unforgettable dining experiences.
