Having grown up in New Jersey, Chef Sean Yan has closely attuned himself to the local restaurant scene. Yan has worked in acclaimed kitchens such as Mistral, Heirloom Kitchen, and Lita. 

In the Spring of 2024, Yan opened Ram & Rooster, his first restaurant project. With support from his family and peers, Yan hopes to bring an unparalleled experience to the diners of New Jersey with his Chinese inspired concept.
