Co-Founder and Executive Chef Tom Silvestri has been building the idea for ORA for decades. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Tom has worked with some of the most notable chefs in New York City, and has helmed his own kitchens in both New York and New Jersey. Now, at ORA, Chef Tom gets to share his lifelong dream: to have a freestyle Italian restaurant that features Italian traditions blended with new world techniques, and right here in Oradell.
