Indulge in a once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience featuring the father of modern English cooking and three Michelin star recipient Marco Pierre White. Chef White will curate a five-course menu and join guests in the dining room to recount stories from his legendary career. The menu, prepared by Chef Aishling Stevens, will be paired with wines from two of California’s leading cult wineries, Quintessa and Sea Smoke, with winemakers Antonia Huneeus of Quintessa and Matt Steel (Sea Smoke) in attendance.
This dinner includes the Champagne Reception from 7:00pm – 7:45pm.
Dress code – cocktail attire for women, jackets preferred for men. No jeans, please.
